Freight & Delivery
All shipments are FOB Factory (point of shipment).
All orders less than $1199.00 NET will be assessed freight & handling charges. All orders $1200.00 NET or more will be prepaid by Beam-Lite Industries, Inc. inside the contiguous United States.
Beam-Lite Industries, Inc. reserves the right to select carriers. Any instructions by the buyer that adds additional cost to any shipment will be charged to and paid by the buyer. Fed-Ex and UPS expedited shipments will require a Fed-Ex / UPS account number from the buyer.

Taxes
All pricing, quotes, orders, and any other agreements are subject to Local, State and Federal taxes unless proof of exemption is provided to Beam-Lite Industries, Inc.
Terms
Terms are NET 30 days; NO exceptions. Credit may be extended upon confirmation of proper credit approval by Beam-Lite Industries, Inc. Finance charges of 2% per month on any unpaid balance that extends past NET 30 will be charged.
Collections
All costs incurred by Beam-Lite Industries, Inc. during the course of collection from buyer’s default on payments due to seller including all expenses, legal expenses and attorney fees are the responsibility of the buyer to reimburse Beam-Lite Industries, Inc. in its entirety.
Returns
Beam-Lite Industries, Inc. will not accept returns without written request from Beam-Lite Industries, Inc. issued Return Goods Authorization (RGA) for the material to be returned; NO exceptions.
A request for RGA must be made within 30 days of the ship date/invoice date and will be subject to a 35%restocking fee. A request for an RGA must include Distributor’s Name, Original Purchase Order Number, Quantity of material to be returned and Catalog Number(s) of material to be returned.

*Product Damaged
*Product Not in resaleable condition
*Product Not in the original carton(s)

Warranty Claims
All claims must be submitted in writing to Beam-Lite Industries, Inc. and approved in writing by Beam-Lite Industries, Inc. Claims will not be honored without prior written approval by Beam-Lite Industries, Inc.
Beam-Lite Industries, Inc. reserves the right to replace, repair or issue credit to the original buyer at Beam-Lite’s discretion. Warranty applies to the original buyer only. Proof of purchase is required to file a warranty claim. Warranty applies to products installed and used in compliance with all Local, State and National safety codes and regulations. Products modified in any way will void warranty and all warranty claims on the item or items will be denied.
All Beam-Lite products are to be installed by a qualified electrician and in accordance with all state and local laws, ordinances, regulations and the American National Standards Institute Safety Code.

Beam-Lite Industries, Inc. Product Limited Warranty
Beam-Lite Industries Inc. ( BLI ) limited 5 year warranty extends only to the original purchaser for the benefit of the original end user at the original location the product was installed. This warrant may not be transferred by the original purchaser or end user.
BLI warrants its LED products to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of 5 years from the date of shipment from BLI facilities.
Product will be considered defective if 15% or more of the light emitting diodes in the product fail to emit light. Products finish will be considered defective if the paint has excessive cracking, peeling or fading during the limited warranty period. Normal aging (fading and chalking) of the painted finish is considered normal and will not be covered under BLI limited warranty.
BLI will not be responsible for product failure-due to the following, but not limited to: acts of nature, vibration, fire, abuse, high voltage surge, high ambient temperatures that exceeds product specifications and or any operating violations nor will BLI be responsible for any labor cost, equipment cost, down time, expenses or other inconveniences such as damages arising from product failure. BLI products modified in any way may void product limited warranty.
BLI limited warranty applies only to products installed by qualified personnel in accordance with all local, State and national safety codes.
Should any LED product be determined defective by BLI, BLI will replace, repair or issue a credit at Beam-Lite option. If the defective product has been discontinued or not available BLI may replace the defective with a comparable product. The original purchaser will be responsible for all freight charges. By replacing a failed fixture under this limited warranty will not extend the original warranty period or begin a new warranty period but shall be limited to the original warranty period.
BLI reserves the right to change/modify product/fixtures, specifications, submittal sheets and warranty information without notice.
BLI limited warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States of America.
